Discovering Makes One M-i-i-ighty Hungry: Friday Fictioneers

You never know how hungry you might get after you make that new discovery that the world never know’d about before. Wait, isn’t that the meaning of a discovery? Oh, forget it. Let’s just eat…

Each week Rochelle Wisoff-Fields posts a pic to write a 100 word story about.

This week it is:

Discovering Makes One M-i-i-ighty Hungry

Out one afternoon, Barney and Zeb spot “The Machine.”
“Looky here, Zeb. An old sewing machine.”
“Tain’t, Barney.”
“See that round plate. Tain’t for sewing, no way”
“Whatcha guessing, friend?”
“I’m guessing it’s an Eye-tralian pizza dough flattener. That plate goes round whilst the vertical arm tamps it down flat.”
“If that don’t beat all, Zeb. I think you’re gonna make history, once again, having discovered something nobody else know’d about ‘fore you came along and discovered it.”
“Thanks, Barn. Hey, why don’t we get a slice at Chez Ricco’s. This discovering business makes a feller m-i-i-ighty hungry.”

  1. Good times. I laughed and had fun reading this, Randy. It’s just too hilarious! Well done, well done well done!

Five out of five Tiny Elvis’s. ( “Hey, you see that pizza pie? Man, that thing is HUGE!”)

Have some fun...
