New Day – New Festival – New Five Sentence Non-Fiction…
Lillie McFerrin posts a “Five Sentence Fiction” prompt.
This week it is: Festival
Festival
It’s been like an irresponsible roller coaster ride, in my opinion, certainly nothing festive.
I agree, as far as I’m concerned it’s been as wild as a loop-de-loop or as crazy as a merry-go-round; much more than a Ferris Wheel, although those can be pretty scary, too.
Now wait a minute, what exactly we talking about here?
Take your pick – Marriage… Politics… Salaries… Raising children… International flare-ups and wars… Economic growth… Corporate meddling in government and taking handouts, or what we now know as corporate welfare… Presidential elections and super PACs… Terrorist attacks… Climate change and pollution… Unemployment…Deregulation… Health Care…
More like a World’s Fair, if you ask me, then a Festival, maybe even a Global Circus!
Randy Mazie
Well…that is all true! You are correct!
Wow… must be beginner’s luck if I’m correct.
Thanks McGuffy Ann. 😉

*lol*
LOL! Agree. And it’s all making me terribly dizzy.
Breathe. Put your head between your legs and breathe.
Deep breaths.
Now, if you have your wits back about you, let’s talk about what we can do about this crazy world around us
Yep. All true. It’s a macabre circus out there. The collective thought in your writing.
What should we do?
This a an original and thought provoking take on the prompt. Would like to say I enjoyed it, but I’m feeling slightly miserable now.
Sorry you’re feeling bad. I hope you feel better soon.
Try taking a bite of our new BABY bran cereal and you might feel a little better.

PRAY!
I do… a lot.
And I take actions via political groups/activities. I encourage others to do so, too!
